What is the return policy?
All prints are made to order and are therefore non-refundable. As each piece is printed on demand, I do not keep stock, which means I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your print arrives damaged, please contact Tuurlijktuintjes within 3 business days of receiving your order.
To process a replacement, you will need to provide a clear photo of the damaged item and photo of the packaging it arrived in.
Once Tuurlijktuintjes review your claim, we will arrange for a replacement print to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Copyright and right of use
My artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use - resale of both digital files and any physical copies is strictly prohibited.
Paper Quality
Printed as a premium Giclée fine art print on Enhanced Matte Art Paper. Made on natural white 200gsm paper with a smooth texture and matte finish for rich colour and a soft, high-quality feel.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Tuurlijktuintjes is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Do you ship internationally?
Tuurlijk Tuintjes currently ships to the EU, the UK and North America. If you're located elsewhere, you're welcome to place your order through my Etsy shop.

Free shipping is included on all orders within the European Union. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.
Please note that customers outside the EU may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees charged by their local authorities.

Each print is made to order especially for you. Please allow up to 3 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
